The moodboard this month is AMAZEBALLS!
Nothing like a bit of colour to brighten your day I say!
This was my take on it.
"Love My Poncho"
The moodboard this time was designed by the very talented and cheery
Pam Ellis. I just love everything about it. The colours, the flaming dandelion, the pink steps the flowers all beautiful. I drew my inspiration from it all! (and my love of ponchos).
The whole background consists of my favourite stamp at the moment from Limor Webber Designs and Indigoblu,
"Limor's Circles" stamp.
I simply stamped the design on to the white background card using Stazon Ink and then coloured the circles using my water colour paints.
I added some black ink splats once the water colour paint had dried and then decorated with buttons, sequins and sugar dots.
I mounted the photo on to some black corrugated card and edged it with white acrylic paint and of course added some black cotton behind it before adhering it down.
My title is a combination of bling alphas and some hand writing. I'm getting more and more confident writing directly onto my projects.
I'm really pleased with the end result of this layout even though it's a very simple design. Just goes to show, I don't always need to pile mountains on to every layout. (I'm not saying I won't!! LOL)
