"Timeless" A little journal page for 13Arts

Hello! Today I am sharing with you a page I have created in my little journal using the gorgeous 13@rts stamp sets from the "His and Hers Remastered" collection.

I am so excited that 13arts have introduced stamps into their range!! If you haven't seen them already you have to go and check them out. The quality is so good and the designs are amazing!

I've been practicing smaller creations in this little book I found in a second hand store. I like that these little projects are quick and easy and give me my creative fix even when I find myself time poor.

I used my favourite watercolor set from 13Arts to create this background and then stamped onto some tissue paper to add some transparent details to the background.

I used one of the deigns to create a focal point with the ladies head and then dressed it up with some wings from the Acetate sheet and some cotton.

Do yourself a favour and pop on over to the shop to check out these fabulous stamp designs! You'll love them.

Catch you all again soon
Cheers
xx

"Friends" A Layout for 13Arts

Hello today I'm here to share a layout I have created capturing the memory of one of my most favourite days ever as Olga, Aida and I toured Prague.

I just LOVE these new collections and this black and white photo of us being "models" LOL was perfect on the Rose Field papers.

I also used the coordinating stamps and embossed some details onto the background with both clear "Magic Powder" and white embossing powder.

I then added some of the acetate floral design layered over the top. I love this effect!

These stamp sets are so beautiful.

I simply added some color with the water colours to help them blend in with the colour theme of the page.

7. Use at least one 13@rts product in your project.

When the challenge ends, our Design Team will vote and pick the best project. It will be Awarded with a giftbag full of 13arts' products (worth about 60 PLN) with free international shipping. The winner will be invited to join us in one of our challenges as Guest Designers. Additionally we will feature a few works with biggest number of points.

I wanted to experiment mixing different colours with the Vintage styled papers. This time around it was Pink and yellow. Two of my favourite colours to combine!

I added some elements of the vintage papers to the abstract canvas and I just love the results I got when I combined the two different styles.

I layered the "Script" stamp over the top after I had gessoed some of the areas .... I am IN LOVE with this stamp. It is now my "go to" script stamp. A must have in every kit.

"The Ghost Ship" Art Journal for VLVS!

Hello I'm back!! I've been on a little holiday around Australia these last few weeks and so haven't really been able to post much for you. But .... I'm home now and I have a ripper under the sea art journal page I created using Kaitlyn Paltridge's new stamp designs for Viva Las Vegastamps!

My art journal is an old story book so this page already had the title "The Ghost Ship" and a gorgeous old illustration of a captain on his ship with his crew. It was just waiting to be VLVS-a-sized!

Kaity's Aquarium Space Girl and Garden Space Girl designs were a perfect fit for this ghost ship theme along with the wonderful Humpback Whale!

Lots of background work with some acrylics and it got pretty busy so I stamped the space girl designs onto card stock and cut them out and glued them over the top so they would stand out as a focus on the page.
